Bill.com/Stampli bundle payments, multi-level approvals, compliance modules that SMBs often don't need yet. (2) No per-user licensing — Bill.com charges $79/user/mo (a 3-user team = $237+/mo). Tipalti and Stampli have seat-based pricing too. We charge $49/mo flat regardless of team size. (3) No enterprise minimums — Rossum starts at $18,000/year. Bill.com requires an annual contract. We have no contract and no minimum. The tradeoff: if you process 5,000+ invoices/month or need multi-entity consolidations with ERP integrations, you'll outgrow us. For QBO SMBs processing 20–600/mo, we're 10× better value.
