Legal
Terms of Service
Effective April 3, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of the InvoiceFlow accounts payable automation service. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by them.
1. The Service
InvoiceFlow provides a software-as-a-service platform that allows users to upload vendor invoice documents, extract structured data from them, review and correct extracted fields, and export or sync that data to accounting software including QuickBooks Online. The features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for business use only and is not a consumer product.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@getif.app if you suspect any unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or are inactive for more than 12 consecutive months on a free tier.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
4.1 Plans
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current plan pricing and included usage limits are described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.
4.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis depending on the plan you select. All fees are in US dollars and are non-refundable except as described in Section 4.4. Billing is processed by Dodo Payments on our behalf.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service through the end of that period. We do not prorate cancellations mid-period.
4.4 Refunds
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment if you are not satisfied with the Service. After this period, payments are non-refundable. Requests must be submitted to legal@getif.app.
4.5 Usage Limits
Each plan includes a monthly invoice processing limit. Exceeding your plan limit in a given period will result in a prompt to upgrade. We do not charge overage fees without your explicit consent to an upgraded plan.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- ›Use the Service to process fraudulent, forged, or illegal documents.
- ›Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
- ›Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
- ›Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or overload the Service.
- ›Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.
- ›Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
6. Your Content
6.1 Ownership
You retain full ownership of all invoice documents you upload and all data extracted from them ("Your Content"). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over Your Content.
6.2 License to Us
By uploading content to the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use Your Content to train machine learning models or for any purpose beyond operating the Service.
6.3 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process the documents you submit. You represent that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, including those governing the handling of third-party financial data.
7. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may be connected to third-party services including QuickBooks Online. Your use of those integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by InvoiceFlow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
We do not warrant that extracted invoice data will be accurate or complete. The Service is a tool to assist your review process — final responsibility for the accuracy of data entered into your accounting system rests with you.
10. Limitation of Liability
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InvoiceFlow, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for material violations of these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We will retain Your Content for 90 days after termination to allow you to export it, after which it will be permanently deleted.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in English.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
16. General
- ›Entire Agreement — These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and InvoiceFlow regarding the Service.
- ›Severability — If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
