Inviting team members

How to add colleagues to your InvoiceFlow account and manage their roles.

You can invite your team so multiple people can upload, review, and approve invoices.

Roles

Member

Members can submit invoices for approval. Admins can approve, reject, and export.

How to invite someone

  1. Go to Settings → Team.
  2. Click Invite member.
  3. Enter their email address and select a role (Member or Admin).
  4. Click Send invite.

The invitee receives an email with a link to accept the invitation and create their account.

Managing existing members

From Settings → Team you can:

  • Change a member's role
  • Remove a member from the account

Removing a member revokes their access immediately. Their previously processed invoices remain in your account.

Seat limits

The number of seats available depends on your plan. See Settings → Billing for your current plan and seat count.
